What kind of returns can I expect as a private investor?
Most of our private investors earn between 10–13% annual returns, paid monthly and secured by Florida real estate.
How is my investment protected?
Your loan is secured by a first-position mortgage, never more than 65% LTV. You’ll hold the note and mortgage in your name, and receive payments directly from the borrower.
Can I invest through a retirement account?
Yes! Many of our investors use a self-directed IRA or solo 401(k) to earn tax-advantaged returns through private lending. We can walk you through the process.
